Sentence patterns used to build training sentences
Each pattern is filled with words from every category, so its wording must fit any expense. {amount} {currency} {item} {merchant} {date} {qty} are replaced. Below each pattern is one filled example.
Date phrases
Each phrase belongs to one meaning; the model learns to turn it into a real date. {n}, {d} and {weekday} are filled with numbers / weekday names.
Currency words
What the rules make of a sentence
The keyword matcher and the number reader only: this is the fallback used when the model fails, and the same check the labelling job uses. To test the model, use Models → Compare.
A word that gives the wrong category or no category should be added to the lists (training guide 3a), then merged and retrained.
